Each year, many of Chef Emeril Lagasse’s friends and business partners gather in celebration of children’s education. The gala and wine auction is an evening of cuisine, wine and musical entertainment which benefits Emeril Lagasse Foundation.

Mario Batali, Wolfgang Puck, Eric Ripert and Thomas Keller are among the 20 chefs who have prepared exquisite meals, alongside top-notch vintners Gemstone Vineyard, Schrader Cellars, Au Bon Climat and Pride Mountain Vineyards, Williams Selyem, Kosta Browne and many more.
