Dining for Inspiration at New Orleans Center for Creative Arts

On Wednesday, May 16, Chef Emeril Lagasse joined culinary students from New Orleans Center for Creative Arts (NOCCA) for a memorable evening in the name of inspiration, mentorship and success.

At NOCCA’s Dining for Inspiration event, NOCCA’s culinary students had the incredible experience of preparing and serving a gourmet, multi-course feast alongside Chef Emeril Lagasse and his culinary team.

The endearing evening was hosted at NOCCA’s campus and featured Crocker & Starr wine pairings by winemaker and co-owner, Pam Starr, who guided guests through her hand- selected wines paired with each course. Crocker & Starr handcrafts a small production of exquisite, world-class wines from its organic vineyard estate in St Helena.

Culinary students put their skills to the test by helping to develop, prepare and serve the following five courses and wine pairings for the celebratory dinner.
