Chef Emeril Lagasse will host the second annual music and food event, featuring rustic Louisiana fare, renowned boudin experts, a lively music line-up, and bold brews. The region’s chefs will cook up their signature take on boudin and artisanal sausages, along with local beers, top spirits and wines.
