Grace Fitzmorris left her native Ireland in 1993 and quickly adopted New Orleans as home. Discovering the valuable world of non-profits, she began volunteering whenever the opportunity arose with such organizations as Each One, Save One; Dress for Success, and New Orleans Outreach, among others. In 2012, she joined the staff at Emeril Lagasse Foundation to manage donor, celebrity chef and winemaker relations, becoming immersed in the planning of its key fundraising events Carnivale du Vin and Boudin, Bourbon & Beer. Previous to joining the Foundation, she held various corporate positions in marketing and training. Grace spends her free time exploring New Orleans’s ever-growing culinary scene, beachcombing in Florida and visiting her family in Ireland.
