Emeril Lagasse Foundation announces tickets for Boudin, Bourbon & Beer are now on sale. The annual outdoor fundraiser will take over Champions Square on Friday, Nov. 9, bringing together the best of food, drink and entertainment for the ultimate Louisiana-inspired culinary celebration. The signature event of Chef Emeril Lagasse’s namesake non-profit, Boudin, Bourbon & Beer has become one of New Orleans’ biggest bashes. This event allows the foundation to support culinary and nutrition education programs throughout the year.

Returning for its eighth year, Boudin, Bourbon & Beer will feature its biggest chef lineup yet, with over 70 award-winning chefs including Nina Compton, Tory McPhail, Kristen Kish, Isaac Toups and more, who will join Chef Emeril Lagasse and co-chairs Donald Link, Stephen Stryjewski and Guy Fieri for a night of food, music and philanthropy.

In addition to top culinary talent, Boudin, Bourbon & Beer will feature bars stocked with a variety of local craft beers from Abita Beer and bourbon cocktails from Buffalo Trace. The bars will also feature premium spirits, fine wines and more provided by sponsors Au Bon Climat, JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery, Landmark Vineyards and FIJI Water. The night under the stars will also showcase a cigar-tasting tent hosted by sponsor Nat Sherman, as well as a silent auction curated by featured chefs. Last year, the sold-out event hosted a crowd of 5,000 guests, many of whom traveled from across the country to partake in the one-of-a-kind boudin bash. The event kicks off the Foundation’s two-night signature fundraising weekend and is followed by the nationally recognized wine auction and black-tie gala dinner, Carnivale du Vin. The 2017 fundraising weekend was a record-breaking year for the Foundation, raising $3.5 million for children’s charities.

All proceeds from Boudin, Bourbon & Beer benefit Emeril Lagasse Foundation, and admission includes all food, beverage and entertainment. The admission price will increase to $150 on the day of the event. For more information about the event, visit
