Jim Pierce is an owner and member of the Board of Directors of Isagenix International LLC, a global health and wellness company based in Arizona, with operations in 13 countries and nearly $1 billion in annual sales. Jim has been intimately involved in the growth of Isagenix, serving as President of International Operations where he directed the company’s operations in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Taiwan, while overseeing expansion into Malaysia. In addition, he has held numerous leadership positions with the company, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to joining Isagenix, Jim was the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and President of PrimeSource Technologies, a technology company that was purchased by a New York Stock Exchange listed company. Jim is a non-practicing CPA who began his career with Arthur Andersen before joining Ernst & Young LLP, where he advanced to Partner in Charge of the firm’s Information Technology Practice in Chicago. In this position, he managed approximately one-fourth of the IT professionals in the U.S. operations.
Jim has a special place in his heart for disadvantaged youth, stemming from his own childhood struggles. After leaving home at 16, he supported himself through his remaining high school years, and continued to do so while completing his education at Birmingham-Southern College where he earned a BA in Economics, and at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business, where he received his MBA.
Jim has long been an advocate for children of domestic violence and abuse. He worked as a volunteer Chief Operations Officer for Childhelp, a charity headquartered in Arizona. Under his leadership, the organization eliminated over $100,000 in monthly expenses. Jim is also responsible for the partnership between Isagenix and Make-a-Wish, one of the world’s leading charities dedicated to children’s causes. Since 2012, Isagenix has contributed over $6.8 million to Make-a-Wish and granting over 800 wishes to children suffering from critical illnesses.
Jim is a member of Birmingham-Southern College Board of Trustees.
He and his wife, Tammy, are the major sponsors and supporters for the Pierce Center, a child advocacy center for abused children in Walton County, Florida.
In his spare time, Jim loves to play golf and travel with Tammy.
