Edible Education Experience at Orlando Junior Academy
Orlando Junior Academy provides a unique initiative with its combination of education, gardening and cooking. The Emeril Lagasse Foundation Kitchen House and Culinary Garden opened in 2016.
Edible Schoolyard NOLA
Emeril Lagasse Foundation helped to establish the Edible Schoolyard NOLA which has expanded to five charter schools in the FirstLine Schools network.
New Orleans Center for Creative Arts (NOCCA)
A beneficiary since 2006, NOCCA created a 4-year high school culinary arts program for aspiring chefs, the first of its kind in the country.
Bayou District Foundation
In 2017, Bayou District Foundation and its early learning partner, Educare New Orleans, opened the Emeril Lagasse Foundation School Kitchen.
Einstein Charter School
