Emily Hardwick

Hospitality Assistant

Emily Hardwick joined Emeril Lagasse Foundation as the Hospitality Assistant at the start of August 2023. Originally from Seattle, Emily came to New Orleans to attend Tulane University, and graduated in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree. Tulane is also where Emily first got her start in the non-profit world; Emily was heavily involved with the community radio station on campus, WTUL New Orleans, and she served as the event coordinator as well as the general manager throughout her time as a DJ. After graduating and spending a few years developing her hospitality skills and love for food in numerous highly acclaimed restaurants in New Orleans, Emily is overjoyed to now serve in a position in which her love for the culinary world and passion for fundraising and event planning come together for a good cause. Outside of work, Emily enjoys going to shows around the city, trying new restaurants, or going to the dog park with her beagle, Gary.
